Best Buddies Tennessee offers One-to-One Friendship, Integrated Employment and Leadership Development programs – positively impacting nearly 42,750 individuals with and without disabilities in Tennessee.
The event is a friendly competition amongst 8 of Nashville’s charities, split up into teams, with the ultimate goal of having the most people signed up under their cause. When you register, choose the Light Grey Team to support Best Buddies and help create friendships and jobs for those with intellectual and developmental disabilities in our community.
The “I Am Beautiful” pageant is a fundraiser for the Best Buddies office located in Memphis, Tennessee. This pageant gives contestants with intellectual and developmental disabilities the opportunity to shine and show the audience how beautiful they are.
Steve Naff and Mike Maquire have been paired through the Best Buddies Citizens program since 2016. Steve, a veteran of the Gulf War, and Mike, a Best Buddies participant and Best Buddies Tennessee office assistant, are described as a perfect match by those who know the pair.
Team Construction’s Best Buddies Prom presented by McNutt Pediatric Dentistry and The Charley Foundation was a night where the magic reigned supreme and the dance floor stayed packed with beaming faces. 2,000 Best Buddies participants came together for an evening that did not disappoint.
The 5th annual Best Buddies Gala & Casino presented by Jim Keras Subaru in Memphis hosted over 250 faithful friends, supporters, and sponsors who came together for an unforgettable evening in support of our mission.
