Best Buddies in Tennessee is thrilled to announce the opening of its newest Best Buddies Living residency in the heart of Music City. This innovative residential community will provide a unique, inclusive living experience for individuals with and without disabilities.

Located at Signature Music Row apartment complex near Vanderbilt University, the Nashville residency offers a welcoming and supportive environment for its residents. The community comprises two spacious three-bedroom, three-bathroom townhomes, with each resident enjoying their own private bedroom and bathroom while sharing a fully equipped kitchen and inviting living spaces. The building features a range of high-end amenities, including a rooftop pool, coffee bar, sky lounge, and gym facility, fostering a sense of community and engagement among its occupants.

The Best Buddies Living program in Nashville has space for six residents, creating a close-knit community that encourages meaningful connections and social engagement. It is a co-living style apartment made up of residents both with and without intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD). The residents with IDD will work 1:1 twice a week with the onsite residential manager to support larger independence goals in the fields of Money Management, Independent Living Skills, Healthy Relationships, Health and Wellness, and Social Skills.

To further ensure a safe and nurturing environment, the residency includes a full-time on-site residential manager, coordinated weekly group dinners, and organizes weekly social events.
