On January 19, Best Buddies Qatar hosted ECHO, a TED Talk–style Ambassador Showcase that celebrated real stories, real voices, and real impact. Designed as a platform for expression and connection, ECHO brought together Ambassadors with and without disabilities to share their lived experiences and perspectives with confidence, authenticity, and pride.

A Global Celebration of Storytelling, Inclusion, and Community
The event created a powerful shared space where inclusion was not only discussed, but truly experienced. Through personal storytelling, Ambassadors highlighted what it means to belong, to be heard, and to lead—demonstrating the strength and impact of inclusive communities.

A highlight of the program was the One Community, One Canvas AI art project, which invited participation from across the global Best Buddies network. Best Buddies staff from countries around the world contributed words and reflections on inclusion, which were transformed into a collective digital artwork revealed during the event. This collaborative piece powerfully illustrated what inclusion looks like when it is lived, shared, and amplified across borders.
