(BPT) - With unemployment rates at a nearly 50-year low, many businesses are struggling to find workers. This tight job market is opening doors for people with disabilities, as many companies are turning their attention to diversity and inclusion in the workplace.

Autism Speaks, Best Buddies and Special Olympics, with the Entertainment Industry Foundation (EIF), are launching Delivering Jobs, an inclusion campaign designed to create pathways to one million employment and leadership opportunities for people with IDD by 2025.
