Join us for a virtual parent information session to learn more about career readiness, independence, and inclusive opportunities for young people with disabilities.
BroadFutures celebrates neurodiversity by creating access, building skills, and preparing neurodivergent young adults for meaningful employment through hands-on career readiness and internship programs. During this session, Caitlin and Julia from BroadFutures will share how their programs help young adults build confidence, independence, and real-world professional skills while supporting employers in creating inclusive workplaces.
Representatives from Best Buddies Virginia & DC — Molly, Samaria, and Veah — will also provide an overview of Best Buddies programs, including one-to-one friendships, integrated employment, leadership development, and transition supports. Together, these programs create pathways to connection, independence, and long-term success for individuals with and without intellectual and developmental disabilities.
