Join us for an exciting workout class, Bollywood Jam, taught by the amazing Nitixa Singh.

About Nitixa: “In 2013 created my own cardio dance program called Bollywood Jam™️ which expanded quickly to multiple area gyms. I am AFAA certified and hold Barre Fitness, PiYo, and Pound certifications. I always tell members that the most important thing is to have fun in class. You don’t have to be a dancer, you just need the willingness to move, sing, and have a good time while burning calories. Come find your inner Bollywood Jam™️ and see what the hype is all about!”

Please bring a government-issued photo ID and wear workout clothes and shoes that you can move around freely in.

Check-in will be from 9:30 am to 9:45 am, and the event will start promptly at 10 am and end at 11 am. We will collect $10 cash or card donations at the door and have you sign a liability waiver. We will have light refreshments to go after the class.
