Join us for a day to celebrate our amazing caregivers and parents. We are partnering with Gigi’s Playhouse Denver for the Yoga Retreat event. Taught by a certified yoga instructor, you will learn basic breathing techniques, and stretching for your weary bones. There will also be snacks and drinks provided. This class is inclusive, so if you’ve never tried yoga before, or if you’re considered an expert, we welcome you! This is a peaceful evening planned for parents and caregivers to say we see you, we get you, we’re with you!
