Matched by Best Buddies Emory University, Xavier Sayeed, 21-year old Emory music history major and Jesse Carlson, 34-year old with Down syndrome, share their experiences with Best Buddies and the journey of their friendship with Fox 5 Atlanta.

Participants like Sophia Ahad, a 21-year old Emory senior and Grace Key, a  24-year old Best Buddies Ambassador with Down syndrome, have grown as advocates for inclusion through their involvement with Best Buddies.

Best Buddies has grown to 12 Georgia middle schools, high schools, and colleges, impacting about 2,000 people with and without IDD and continues to expand internationally.
