Best Buddies Macao recently hosted a vibrant and inspiring Leadership Training Day, bringing together student leaders, chapter advisors, and school partners for a full day of learning, collaboration, and youth empowerment. Designed to strengthen chapter leadership and enhance the quality of Friendship programs across the region, the training reflected the heart of Best Buddies: building inclusive communities led by confident, well-prepared young leaders.
Supported by the Best Buddies International Programs team, the event provided a meaningful opportunity for students to grow in their roles, strengthen their leadership abilities, and build connections with fellow changemakers from across Macao.
A Day Filled With Leadership, Learning & Connection
Throughout the day, students participated in interactive sessions that explored core components of successful Friendship chapters. Training activities focused on:
- Leading inclusive and engaging chapter meetings
