Donate To Alaska Locally

Alaska is one of just a few states without a Best Buddies office to establish and support local chapters. That means people with IDD in Alaska are missing a chance to move from an environment of segregation and isolation to one where they are engaged, accepted and integrated into our schools, our workplaces and our communities.

Our immediate goals are straightforward: to raise awareness about the organization and to raise $250,000 to create a full time office in Alaska. This will allow us to form, promote and administer chapters across the state. Every day Best Buddies provides the opportunity for a smile, a phone call, a laugh, and most importantly, a friend. With your help, we can make this a reality in Alaska as well!
