More than 1,000 participants gathered for this year’s 2025 Best Buddies Friendship Walk. United by a shared mission of friendship, inclusion, and opportunity for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD). Together, we raised over $138,000 to support Best Buddies programs throughout Arizona, an incredible milestone that reflects the strength and generosity of our community.

The day was full of energy, excitement, and celebration. We were honored to welcome the Hip Hop Homies back to the event this year. Their performance was a highlight and had the crowd on their feet, dancing and cheering with joy.

A special congratulations goes to Midstate Mechanical, our Top Fundraising Team, who raised over $13,000 to help fund inclusive opportunities across the state. Their dedication and team spirit truly made an impact.

We were especially proud to recognize Poco Carton as our Overall Top Fundraiser. Poco, a Best Buddies Jobs participant and Ambassador, is a shining example of the power of inclusion and leadership. His commitment to the mission continues to inspire everyone in the Best Buddies community.

Every dollar raised, every step walked, and every friendship celebrated brings us closer to a more inclusive world. Thank you to everyone who joined us, from volunteers and teams to donors and sponsors. We couldn’t do it without you.
