February 19, 2018 – They say you never forget your prom, right? Well, country star Hunter Hayes made the prom a little more memorable for one young lady by making her wish come true.
Rachel Rogers, a member of the Tennessee Chapter of Best Buddies—an organization that works to pair people with intellectual and developmental disabilities with a buddy their own age—was excited about the organizations upcoming annual prom held Friday night (Feb. 16) at Nashville’s Bridgestone Arena.
Rachel wanted to ask her celebrity crush, Hunter Hayes, to be her date for the big event. After Rachel made a video asking Hunter to the prom, it somehow got into his hands.
And this happened.
