NDEAM recognizes the essential role people with disabilities play in economic success and encourages and supports inclusive workplace practices.
The US Department of Labor’s NDEAM theme this year is Advancing Access and Equity and honors the 50th Anniversary of the passing of the Rehabilitation Act, which was the first federal legislation to address access and equity for people with disabilities.
