NDEAM Closing – There’s Value in All of Us
What does it mean to feel valued at work?
For some, it’s being recognized for their contributions. For others, it’s feeling respected, building friendships, being part of a team, or simply having the opportunity to be themselves.
Throughout National Disability Employment Awareness Month, we’ve shared stories that remind us of something we all have in common: the desire to contribute, connect, and know that what we bring matters.
As we close out this year’s NDEAM celebration, we’re grateful to the employees, employers, and partners who shared their experiences and helped bring these stories to life.
But the conversation doesn’t end in October. Together, we can continue creating opportunities and building workplaces where everyone is valued for who they are and what they contribute.
Because inclusion is human. And there’s value in all of us.
