Every person brings something valuable to the workplace. Different skills, perspectives, personalities, experiences, and strengths all contribute to making teams stronger.

For National Disability Employment Awareness Month (NDEAM), we’re celebrating the value each of us brings and the contributions of people with intellectual and developmental disabilities in workplaces across the country.

In our first Workplace Wednesday video, employees and colleagues from AMC, Jersey Mike’s, Navy Federal Credit Union, and Best Buddies share what it means to contribute, work together, and recognize the strengths in one another.

Because when we look beyond assumptions and recognize what each person brings to the table, we create workplaces where everyone has the opportunity to contribute, grow, and belong.

Inclusion is human. There’s value in all of us.
