CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va. (CBS19 NEWS) — Over the weekend, thousands of Best Buddies participants from around the world convened at Indiana University for the Best Buddies Leadership Conference. For many, this isn’t just a conference — it’s a reunion.

“A typical day at the Leadership Conference? Just meeting new people, reconnecting with old friends from the past. It's the greatest weekend of the year. It is like Super Bowl weekend for Best Buddies,” says Hunter Huff, BBLC participant and Best Buddies Global Ambassador.
