The video is unable to play during an Interactive or On Demand session.

Interactive Session videos will appear at their scheduled time for it to start.  All videos are set to auto play, if they do not start you should have the option to click Play on the video.    

If not, please try to refresh your web browser and log out and log back in.  If the video is still not playing, please try another browser such as Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge or Firefox.
