What to Expect
The Best Buddies Hyannis Port Fall Classic brings together business leaders, community members, and supporters in a shared commitment to inclusion. Set at the prestigious Hyannisport Club on Cape Cod, this premier event offers an intimate day of championship golf and meaningful connections, all in support of the Best Buddies mission.
From beautiful fairways and a memorable day on the course to a delicious lunch, post-golf dinner reception, and opportunities to make a lasting impact - this is where golf meets purpose. Join us in driving change and creating opportunities for more than 10,000 people with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) across Massachusetts and Rhode Island.

Hyannisport Club
10:30 AM – Registration
Golfers will check in, receive course assignments, preview our auction items, and get all the event details to prepare for the day ahead.
11:00 AM – Lunch Served
Fuel up before hitting the course with a delicious selection of lunch favorites catered by the Hyannisport Club. Golfers can enjoy a leisurely meal, connect with fellow guests, and prepare for an exciting day of golf ahead.
12:00 PM – Tee Time
Golfers will receive their golf carts and head to their assigned holes to tee off. The tournament will follow a Bramble format: teams will select the best drive, then each golfer will play their own ball through the remainder of the hole. The lowest score from the foursome is taken.
4:00 PM – Post Golf Reception & Dinner
As golfers complete the course, they will be welcomed with refreshing beverages before heading inside for an evening of dinner, celebration, and connection. Guests will enjoy an open bar, buffet-style dinner, and reception featuring a Best Buddies Ambassador speaker. To cap off the evening, guests will have the opportunity to participate in our exciting silent and live auctions, with proceeds supporting our programs here in Massachusetts and Rhode Island.

All funds raised benefit Best Buddies International, the largest organization dedicated to ending the social, physical and economic isolation of the 200 million people worldwide with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD). Our programs empower people with IDD to form meaningful friendships with their peers, secure jobs, improve communication and advocacy skills, and live independently, while also offering support for their families.
The IDD community that Best Buddies serves individuals with IDD and their families. The IDD community includes, but is not limited to, people with Down syndrome, autism, Fragile X, Williams syndrome, and other undiagnosed disabilities.
