11:00 AM – Breakfast & Registration
Guests will be welcomed with a chef-prepared breakfast as registration opens. Golfers will check in, receive course assignments, official tournament merchandise, and event details to prepare for the day ahead.
12:30 PM – Opening Ceremonies
The program begins with sponsor recognition, special guest speakers, and inspiring moments that highlight the powerful mission of our Buddy Ambassadors and the impact of inclusion in action.
12:30 PM – Shotgun Start | Golf Classic Begins
The tournament officially tees off with a shotgun start. Players will enjoy personalized golf carts, interactive contest holes, on-course activations, and access to PGA professionals for tips and consultation. Fully stocked hydration stations and dedicated course support ensure a first-class experience from the first drive to the final putt.
4:30 – 5:30 PM – Finish Celebration & Luncheon
As golfers complete the course, they will be welcomed with refreshing cold towels and beverages before transitioning into a luncheon. Guests will enjoy sponsor activations, upper-body recovery massages, and meaningful opportunities to connect with our mission.

6:30 PM – The 29 Annual Best Buddies Miami Gala
The Best Buddies Miami Gala is the highlight of the weekend — an evening of celebration, purpose, and world-class entertainment. Held at one of Miami’s most iconic venues, the Gala welcomes over 800 guests, including business leaders, political figures, athletes, and celebrities. Attendees gather to support inclusion while enjoying exceptional food, one-of-a-kind auction items, and powerful moments that spotlight Best Buddies’ mission.
