This project aims to be a meeting place for people with and without IDD to promote tolerance and dialogue in our society.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>One\u00a0<em>Human Libraries<\/em>\u00a0event will focus on integrated employment, where participants with IDD will share their work experiences and the challenges they face when looking for a competitive job alongside\u00a0their peers in the community. During this event, employers will be encouraged\u00a0to propose ideas, share valuable advice, and create opportunities that open the doors to employment for our participants.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><strong>We need your help to make this project grow.<\/strong>\u00a0For each vote received in favor of\u00a0the <em>Human Libraries<\/em> project, Best Buddies Spain will receive 1 EUR to continue offering our programs of friendship, leadership, and employment in Spain.
