Dance Class hosted by Capco

Thursday, April 14
5–6 PM Zoom
This fun, lighthearted, dance class will get you up and moving! We will begin with a warm-up, followed by a stretch, and some movement exploration in which we explore the elements of dance (body, action, space, time, and energy). Everyone will then learn an easy and energetic choreography together and close out the class with a cool down and some deep breaths.
Class prep: Please wear clothes you can move in and bring a water bottle. No previous dance experience needed, this class is designed for all levels and ages.
