October is one of the busiest months for Best Buddies Wisconsin as school chapters collect information to make compatible matches and plan events to announce their new buddy pairs. Every chapter takes a different approach to introducing their new friendships and it’s great to see their creativity at work.
On September 15, 2016, Best Buddies Wisconsin hosted Annual Leadership Breakfast at The Pfister Hotel Grand Ballroom. Thanks to our supporters, sponsors, students, schools and parents – we had a full room looking to learn more about and support Best Buddies Wisconsin raising more than $80,000 to continue our mission.
The 27th annual Best Buddies Leadership Conference (#BBLC2016) was a four day adventure, held from July 22 through July 25, 2016. It was hosted by Indiana University in Bloomington, Indiana. The weekend focused on offering training opportunities for attendees to share ideas, networking opportunities to meet new people, and most importantly, lasting friendships.
