In Memory of
Billie has a nephew and a niece, Ken and Kendra Holden that have benefitted immensely from Best Buddies programs over the years. Her friendship and encouragement to everyone during her lifetime are by far her greatest legacy. In lieu of flowers, donations in the name of “Billie Conner Ratcliff” to Best Buddies would be most appreciated.
