HOW TO REGISTER
Registration for our 2018 conference will be live in February 2018.
All conference attendees must register by June 1, 2017. If you have questions regarding conference registration, please contact your Best Buddies staff contact for more information.

Submit Consent Form
All attendees must submit a consent form signed by you (and your parent/guardian, if applicable). When registering online, you will be prompted to submit consent. If you can’t submit consent at that time, you can submit it later in one of the two ways:
Submit Fee (If Applicable)
Chapter presidents from college, high school and promoter chapters do not pay Best Buddies Leadership Conference (BBLC) fees. The cost of attending for these students is covered in the chapter dues.
Conference fees for all other registrants (chapter officers, advisors, ambassadors, jobs, and middle school attendees) is $350.
This registration fee covers your stay at Indiana University, meals throughout the conference, and events on campus.
REGISTRATION FEE SCHEDULE
To receive the early bird rate of $350, all registration fees are due no later than June 1, 2017. Once June 1 has passed, the fee will increase to $450. Note: fee increases do not apply to chapter dues.
Refunds, less a $75 cancellation fee per registrant, will be granted for requests received in writing by July 1, 2017. Refunds will not be granted after this date. No-shows are responsible for full payment. All refund and cancellation requests must be made in writing and should be sent to email@example.com for processing. The cancellation fee cannot be waived.

*The fee schedule above does not apply to international participants. For the international participant fee schedule, please contact Yelba Gutierrez at YelbaGutierrez@bestbuddies.org. Advisory board and walk committee chairs should refer to the state director regarding their cost for attending BBLC.
Please note: These registration fees do not cover the cost of travel to Indiana University. All attendees are responsible for raising their own travel costs.
There are three main ways to submit payment for your Best Buddies Leadership Conference (BBLC) registration fees (as a reminder, conference fees for HS and college chapter presidents are covered by chapters dues, which are separate from the forms below). Note: Do not send cash in the mail – Best Buddies is not responsible for funds lost in transit.
By Check or Money Order
Please make all checks payable to Best Buddies. If you are paying by check or money order, please send the payment to your local Best Buddies office. Please be advised that Best Buddies is not responsible for checks lost or delayed in the mail.
By Credit Card
If you wish to pay your BBLC fee via credit card, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover are accepted.
Through Online Fundraising
If you are raising funds for your BBLC fee through the BBLC Fundraising Thon, your fee is automatically collected by Best Buddies. Once you have reached the correct BBLC fee amount, contact your Best Buddies staff contact to confirm that we have received the funds.
